Emily Pollock joined Fish Nelson & Holden, LLC. as an Associate in the Fall of 2020. Emily earned her J.D. from Birmingham School of Law in 2020, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She received her undergraduate degree from Auburn University in 2009. Emily focuses her practice primarily on legal matters involving workers’ compensation and employer liability, but she also has experience in domestic relations and general negligence matters. Currently, she is a member of both the Alabama State Bar Association and the Birmingham Bar Association. Emily resides in Crestwood with her husband, David, and two cats, Zoe and Beo.
