Triston Leggett is an emerging legal professional who recently obtained his Juris Doctor from Samford University's Cumberland School of Law.

Before pursuing his legal career, Triston played baseball for the Hoosiers Baseball Team at Indiana University.

Triston graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration from The University of Alabama's Culverhouse College of Business.

During his time at Cumberland, Triston gained valuable experience through various legal internships. As a Summer Associate at Kuglar Law in Atlanta, Georgia, he formulated comprehensive legal briefs and memoranda, including a global reply brief to the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He also drafted research memoranda on recent case law regarding securities fraud. At the Cumberland Innocence Clinic, he honed his research and writing skills as he meticulously delved into case law and drafted compelling petitions for clients seeking post-conviction relief.

With a strong foundation of discipline, legal research, and analysis, Triston is well-prepared to provide exceptional legal support and effective defense strategies in the field of workers' compensation law.

Triston currently lives in Hoover with his wife, Alexis, and his dog Luna. He enjoys lifting weights and cooking in his free time.
